Guest Information & Policies

• In consideration of other guests, smoking is restricted to our porches.
• We are unable to accomodate pets.
• Although we do not normally accept children under the age of 10, we do welcome well behaved children. Please feel free to enquire.
• A night's deposit is required for advance reservations. Credit cards or personal checks are acceptable for this purpose. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival for routine bookings or 21 days prior to peak times/special events. Refunds are subject to re-rental for any cancellation made past those required periods. Please note that failure to cancel during peak times is subject to full charge for reservation period.
• Prices may vary during peak times or special events. Please call or email for price variations.
• Check-in time is between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. on Sundays)
• Breakfast is served in the Garden Room between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Special needs should be discussed with Innkeeper at check-in.
• The Inn is equipped with central heat/air conditioning and WiFi.
• The entire Inn can be booked for special gatherings; family reunions, weddings. anniversaries, receptions, etc.
• Our gift certificates make excellent gifts for any special occasion.
• We provide current informaton on area attractions and we glady assist you in obtaining any additional information on your specific interests.
• We offer our guests the use of our outdoor heated swimming pool during warm weather seasons at no additional charge.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, or personal check if guaranteed by credit card.
