Guest Information & Policies

• In consideration of other guests, smoking is restricted to our porches.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• We welcome all well behaved children.
• A night's deposit is required for advanced reservations; this can be done with a credit card. During peak times a two or three night minimum may be required and prices may vary.
• The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival; after that time, refunds are subject to the room being re-rented.
• Check in time is any time after 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.(10:00 a.m. Sunday)
• Breakfast is served in the Garden Room or on the porch between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.
• Affordable box lunches are available for hikers and bikers.
• Wine and beer with snacks and fine dining are available to all guests and for special events.
• We accept VISA/MasterCard, cash, or personal check if guaranteed by Credit Card.
• The Inn is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, WiFi, DISHNETWORK Satellite TV is in all bedrooms, and we have a beer and wine license to provide full service to our guests.
• The entire Inn can be rented for group gatherings, family reunions, or special events such as weddings, receptions, etc.
• Ask about our gift certificates. They make unique gifts for special occasions -- anniversaries, special birthdays, wedding gifts, etc.
• Ask about our Romantic Getaway Packages which include overnight lodging, full service candlelight dinner and a full country breakfast.
• We provide information on recreation in the area -- white water rafting, hiking, biking, horseback riding, the theatre, antiquing and sightseeing in Western North Carolina, Southwest Virginia, and East Tennessee.
• We Offer the use of our outdoor pool at no additional charge.
