"Lovely B&B, full of interesting decorations, and with a fascinating history. Kathleen was a charming and friendly hostess, and a marvelous cook, who did everything she could to make our stay memorable. "

and amazing service- some of the most hospitable people I have ever met.
If you like old houses and you like quiet space to yourself, this is the place for you!
Gorgeous architecture with ornate woodwork and one-of-a-kind chotskies, plus home-cooked meals that would make Lagasse blush = The Mountain Laurel Inn.
I would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times, can't wait to come back and visit again!"

They made us feel like family! Best stay and BEST BREAKFAST ever!!!
" Everything was PERFECT! We stayed the night before riding the Virginia Creeper Trail and KATHLEEN could not have been more accommodating. And Nathlie is just delightful, too! We thought about staying in a
by and were we glad we made the choice to stay here!!! Bed, fireplace in living room, the beautiful inn and its furnishings, the history, the SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast (we did not need to stop and eat until we finished the 17 mile bike ride), and the owners! We felt as if we had made friends for life! Our plan is to keep going to visit and stay in every one of the beautifully furnished guest rooms. We felt “at home”—never felt this way in any other B&B!
